Most complicated ordering process.

"I don't know why the medical world has made it so hard to order one-off batches of ostomy supplies. I guess everyone is after those "recurring fee's" for those of us who find that we have to spend the next 30-40 years living this way. The fact I'm having to login via an account my wife setup, the last time we had a "911 order" situation is annoying. I have my own account, but my password no longer seems to work and I can't get a password reset sent to me.

So yes, the prices are good, the range of supplies are good, but the website end of things is rather annoying if I'm being honest. So if you're not in a rush and desperate for supplies, and you can spend the time to navigate all the admin account stuff, this could be the website for you.
