They had the best price, however a real crappy reseller rating. Well, took a chance, and guess what h8ters. This company is LEGIT! Perhaps a little slow to send out product, however once contacting their customer support for the order they did provide a fedex tracking number. The item arrived 09/20/2021 in original cardboard packaging, and the item was as described. So as to why they have such poor ratings is baffling. There was NO issue whatsoever in ordering and receiving ordered product."

Other order to this day is m.i.a. I sent a email that was immediately answered with a lot of vague bs. No real answers or remedies. I placed a few orders in the past and shipping and customer service were not very good then precovid. Now they are awful. And like many middle eastern business approaches. Ignoring the customer, taking money first, and never thinking of repeat business is this companies moto.

"Incapable of filling or tracking inventory for online orders. I was notified that a credit was issued for products that were TOS. I called customer service and spoke with a woman who so rude that I was lucky that I couldn’t reach through the phone.
When I was transferred to a supervisor, he was just about as r and callous as the first person I spoke with.

"So I have been buying from this company for a while. They have the best prices I’ve found but aren’t worth it. Avoid buying liquids from them at all costs. They don’t pack anything around the bottles, which get jostled around during shipping. I’ve ordered an eye hortilux cmh fixture for $420. Paid $30 to have it shipped to my house and asked that a signature not be requested. My request was ignored and I wasn’t able to sign for it. I called fedex to find out where it was located and was going to pick it up. The rep told me that the name on the package did not match my name and refused to give me any info on when or where I could pick it up. I then called zen hydro, and told them the issue. All they told me was the same thing listed on the FedEx website. That ticked me off and I began to raise my voice. The zen hydro rep quickly muttered,”The item will be sent back and your money refunded as soon as we receive the item”, and then hung up. Two weeks later I was only refunded $335 of the $420 I paid. Of course I lost the shipping cost too. That should’ve been the end of my business with them, but I’m kind of a knucklehead when it comes to getting good deals while taking a risk. So I made another purchase a few months later for a few other things. I ordered 100 fabric pots for $1.76 as listed. Only got 1 pot. I chocked that up as a typo but seeing how they do business, I doubt it! I also ordered a 2.5 gal jug of nutes, which got damaged in shipping due to sellers instructions. That item was never delivered. I contacted zen hydro via email, since I’m boiling every time they cause me an inconvenience. They replied shortly after and said a replacement had been processed. I heard nothing after that for a couple days and finally emailed them again. They then sent me a tracking number for the replacement. It was supposed to be delivered today but was taken back to the fedex facility for inspection because they suspect it was damaged. Really? Two times? How many times are you gonna make this mistake zen hydro? The cost of these items is worth the bubble wrap! If you order from them, don’t buy any liquids! I would prefer it if everyone boycott this company and let them fade out of existence. That is not the way we do business in America!"
