"I found a great deal on Woot.com on an indoor grow light combination that included a nice light fixture, 100-Watt ballast and HPS bulb. Unfortunately, the fixture had a minor flaw that misaligned the bulb socket, so Rob took care of me by sending out a new fixture as soon as they were available. I did not even need to bother with sending the defective unit back.
