"This was my second time ordering from this company. Both orders went smoothly and I received confirmation of the orders via email very quickly. They shipped in the time period they said they would and sent me additional emails with tracking numbers as soon as they shipped. UPS didn't have the numbers in their system yet when I received the emails. I had response to the only email I sent them within 15 minutes of sending mine.
