"We drove 50 miles from our home to the showroom and were met with open arms. We had the opportunity to try out all the chairs, TJ our salesperson was so patient, never felt rushed and was very knowledgeable on all items in the showroom. We ordered our selection that day and couldn't be happier, we chose curb side delivery and it was prompt and professional. Chairs were easy assembly , was able to enjoy them right away.

"Do not buy from this company! My theater room rug arrived damaged and they offered nothing! We sent them pictures and they said it’s the manufacturer and the manufacturer said it was damaged in transit. Either way we have a 6 inch hole in $1000 worth of carpet and Tom Conroy said there’s nothing he can do. HTmarket doesn’t stand behind what they sell!! Choose another company. "
"Very disappointed with service after the delivery! All went well before this, but there are construction issues with our Palliser sectional with NO help from HT Market even though Palliser said we must contact HT Market to handle the issues directly with Palliser. We contacted HT Market both by email and phone several times talking directly with our salesman and the manager. Many emails went unanswered by them. Nothing got resolved. Now we will have to live with the construction issues because Palliser's one year warranty for 100% repair parts and labor just ran out. This is a darn shame since we paid $4,300 for the sectional. Also it is so disheartening that Palliser didn't step up to the plate. Buyer beware!"

They charged my credit card 3 months ago with a promise of delivery in 4-6 weeks . But then date kept getting pushed back. Finally got delivery after 10 weeks. It was supposed to be "white glove" but had to fight with them to put it together. They could not get it all working. So they left with a promise to come back. That was 3+ weeks ago. No contact from them or from the company. No reply to my email either.
I paid just over $5k.
Just stay away from these guys."
"We drove to Chicago from Wisconsin which was a 2 hour drive to check out the chairs. Tom was very pleasant go deal with and very knowledgeable. It was between the Devonshire and the Hamilton. We picked the Hamilton due to being a bit more comfortable and plush. We ordered 4 of them (love seat in the middle and picked curved row). Very quick shipping and seems like great quality besides a couple issues. I noticed the wooded feet on 2 of the chairs were chipped and also one of the led light strips on the button of the chair isn't working. HTMARKET said they contact the manufacturer to see about sending me new feet. For the led they will send me a new strip. Other than those 2 issues, I'm very impressed so far!!! "

Not only was there damaged, the wrong table was sent. I called Tom at Customer Service and have been getting the run-around for over a month! To date, there has been no resolution to this matter. "
"I would like to inform you of my experience with HT Market. I ordered a Lane sectional on March 17, 2014. I was told that it would take 6-8 weeks and that I would be updated on the status of my couch regularly. After nearly six months I finally received my sectional on September 5, 2014. I was never contacted by HT Market at any time. Their customer service is not existent. After three months I contacted them about the status of my order. Their responses resembled that of a child. Instead of trying to explain the situation or make it right they just blamed Lane Furniture and then gave me a new projected date. I am convinced that this date was completely made up to get me off the phone. Over the next three months I contacted them by phone four more times and three different times via email. I also emailed the General Manager. Every single time they told me the exact same thing. There was nothing that they could do, it was all Lane Furniture's fault, gave me a new date, and the best part was that they would contact me. Now that I have received my couch I think this is funny. During the process I was very frustrated and even asked for a refund. In that particular email that I asked for a refund, it was not even acknowledged. Even after I was told by the GM that I would be kept up to date, I heard nothing. The days, weeks, and months just pasted. Now they didn't hesitate to take the $2500.00 from my credit card for this sectional. I was charged the very next day. The first time I was contacted by anyone, it was from the local shipping company. They called me to set a date to deliver my couch. Out of the blue. I was actually out of town. And to top everything off, they told me they could only hold my furniture for three days before I would be charged a storage fee. It is not their fault by any means. They worked with me. So the time has finally come for me to write a review on their website, well guess what? I can't do that because I didn't create an account when I bought my couch. It is really laughable. HT Market is garbage. Their website brags about their costumer service and their reviews. It states multiple times about how they keep their costumers so well informed. There are many different companies on the internet that I am sure still know what costumer service is. Please do yourself a favor and go to one of them. Personally I will never buy furniture on the internet ever again. They say you get what you pay for. In this case I saved some money by purchasing this sectional on the internet vice in a store. Believe me, the money saved is not worth the frustration of dealing with these people. My salesman's name was Thomas Conroy and the General Manager was Alan Hutchinson. "

I was impressed by the site and the videos illustrating different theatre components. Ht was very patient with me and helped me make the best choice for my home theatre even though i took a few months to do so. They were great to work with and i recieved everything I oredered on time. "BEWARE! This company sent me an email with a coupon code to purchase a specific item. I went online and ordered the item using the coupon code. The next morning I received an email that the coupon could not be used for that item! WHAAAAAT??? You sent me an email specifically saying that code could be used for that item. Long story short this place completely uses deceptive sales tactics and false advertising. To top it all off, I was shipping the item to the business I work at so it wouldn't sit on my front porch in the rain. The president of the company, Alan Hutchinson, sends me an email that he is filing a BBB compliant against the company I work for as retaliation. False advertising, Fraud, Slander... wow... STAY AWAY!"

"I recently purchased 3 barstools from HT Market for over $1000. When delivered they were of poor quality, had no padding as advertised and wobbled. I contacted the company and they avoided me for 2 weeks, finally they informed me that they do not take returns, and that I was "out of luck". I am not a competitor, this really happened.
