"The Hugo Boss website and warehouse are a complete joke! I ordered several items, one of which did not fit and returned item with tags intact all according to policy only to receive the item back in the mail, (no phone call or email) stating the item is worn and has animal hair!! How they determine this is beyond me considering I can't even fit into the item and do not have any pets. The only way the item could have been worn and/or have animal hair on it would have been prior to them sending it to me.
I've been a Hugo Boss customer for many years, it used to be a great company but lately service especially from their website has gone drastically down hill. This will be the last time I am ever a Hugo Boss customer again, I am done!"
