"Beware buying split AC systems from these folks. They are selling defective AC units and not replying or returning your calls. I purchased a Gree unit and had it installed. it had an FO error message after turning on once. I had to call my installer back to check it. refrigerant was very low and the drain out was damaged. Then the fallowing month it was leaking oil. I called and spoke to Kris about these issues. He said he would get back to me. After multiple calls/emails I have yet to hear back. I spent an additional $800 for repairs on this brand new unit. Terrible customer service. Terrible experience.

Spending twice the amount on this unit was not in my budget. Horrible company."

"I placed an order for an air conditioning system totaling approx. $6000.00. They could not get the $1085.00 compressor unit that they quoted. They offered a cheaper unit. I agreed to this "IF" they would issue a $225.00 credit. They agreed. I asked many times for the credit, they said it would be issued. I later ordered more ductwork and that ate into my credit. They know owe me $87.52. They will not respond to me any longer. This has dragged on for months now. I would not recommend any one use this company. It is easy to be nice when things go right, The measure of an honest company is how they act when things don't go as planned! "
