"Before placing an order i called to verify to make sure itemf I wanted to purchase was in stock . Because there website indicated that item was in stock but i just wanted to make sure , the salesperson told me yes the FDK16 i wanted was in stock and told me that just like the website stated it would be shipped within 24hrs so I decided to place the order then about 72hrs had passed so I decided to call to find out what was going on . I was told that they’re sorry that is out of stock that fantech will ship my order . The day I placed my order was on 3/09/2021 and today is 3/15/2021 and my order still hasn’t gotten shipped . If i would of known they was going to take this long I would of order what i wanted fdk16 from supplyhouse.com and i would of gotten the FDK16 in 24 hours . Havacquick poor customer service and poor shipping !"
