"I have had my Comfort-aire 18,000 btu heat pump for about a month and it is working fantistic. It was installed in a large home theater/ game room on the third floor. when it was installed the temp. was 97 degrees. The mini-split cooled the space to 70 degrees in about 2 hours and it is very quiet. I had a professional do the installation and it took about 4 hours. So far I am very pleased with the unit. The purchase and delivery couldn't have been better it was delivered in two days."
