Since there were no refund/return instructions, I emailed ****@**** and instead of a reply, I got a voicemail from Debra asking me to return her phone call. After calling her back and having to leave a message, I have not heard back since and it has been a week. The slow or lack of response makes me feel like I lost $31.00 and am stuck with two defective products that I cannot use."
