The only down side was that the entrees I selected did not show the vegan, or gluten free symbols in the shopping cart so when I wanted to double up on those kinds of entrees I had to go back to the catalogue. After a little practice I it got right. The entrees are an easily storable emergency food stock item that don't need cooking. I consume items by the expiration date and restock to keep a short supply fresh. I take advantage of the discount on the shakes and energy bars and the free shipping for a purchase of $200 or more."
