"Poor customer service. I agree with the other reviewers. My product was shipped with the cap unsecured, it opened and made a complete mess. Unusable product. No telephone number listed on their website is a bad sign, especially when they do not return emails! Prices are great, guess I now know why. Not a happy experience. Still no replacement product. "

"My order was received damage - lid was not secured and shampoo had spilled all over package. Sent pictures at company's request and was told that a new bottle would be sent. Order was made on 4/24/14, shipped on 5/1/14. Three weeks later was told product on back order. Repeated contacts still on back order as of July 25, 2014. Ordered from Sleek Hair and received in 3 days. "

"HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!! I was mailed the wrong product. When I contacted them to remedy the situation, I was told that they would, ONLY if I mailed the wrong order (product) back to them at MY cost!!! When I told them I would not pay another cent to fix THEIR error, I was treated very poorly. They tried to blame the entire thing on me, even though (as you can see from their other reviews and BBB complaints) this is clearly THEIR ongoing issue. I have no idea who is running this "business" or how they even stay "in business". DO NOT order from them!!! Also, it took over 2 weeks to get my bottle of (wrong) conditioner. What are they doing? Making it from scratch??? Ridiculous."

"Do not recommend this company. The items I ordered were not delivered for 3 weeks , when I emailed to inquire I suddenly received shipment information but no other response to my inquiry. The items I received were not the items advertised on their site. The brand was the same but the products had been substituted. I emailed asking for information to return the items and never received any response. It should always be a red flag when shopping online when a vendor does NOT list a contact phone number. I'm usually more careful to investigate online vendors before buying. This experience will be my reminder to stay vigilant with online shopping!
Do not use this company. They are also red flagged by the BBB!

"Do not, I repeat DO NOT order anything from Hair Care USA! I ordered some hair products and first of all, it took forever for them to get those products to me. When I received it, I noticed that the serum had a broken seal and it seemed like 1/3 of the contents were missing. I checked the company's website for a customer service phone number and there was none. I then sent them an email to voice my concerns about the damaged product and to this date they have not responded. I get a feeling that they operate out of their garage and that they just want to make money. Save yourself a lot of trouble and DO NOT conduct business with this company!"

"Poor customer service! I placed an order for a specific product that I had been searching the Internet for, and they sent the wrong product. I requested that they exchange and pay for return shipping since the error was on their part. They not only refused but had a bad attitude about me asking. They clearly don't care about the quality of their customer service!"
