"This is a great product. it's a bit heavier than I thought but well made and very natural looking. It adds a lot of volume and actually blends nicely with my chestnut hair. I received a medium blond color (ordered chestnut) but I am keeping it anyway because it's so beautiful and the blond peaks out through my own hair looking like I have highlights. I would recommend this product, you can't go wrong for the price. "

"DO NOT BUY!! I bought extensions from this company, paid $190 for them!! The hair is thin, weak, and split at the ends. I bought microloop extensions and the tip and the bead that is used to secure it to your hair is poor quality and loose fitting!! I had 150 extensions put into my hair and within 2 days over half of them had just fallen out!! Literally fallen out!! I notified the company and asked for a refund and they said "no", that they don't give refunds of worn products! Well, of course they were worn, they are hair extensions!! It has caused a lot of emotional stress, not knowing when you will have hair just falling out!! I had to have the remaining ones removed due to the poor quality. So I have spent over $500 buying the extension, having my hair dyed to match the extension, and then having them removed! DO NOT BUY!!! "

"I do not know how anyone could give this product 5 stars. Worst company ever and horrible quality. The company claims to guarantee their products and that you can return them if you are not fully satisfied but when you try to return them they just stop all contact with you. The extensions I received had 1 inch hair throughout each strand, so much that the rest of the strand was extremely thin. DO NOT BUY THESE. THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE MONEY."

"This company has the worst customer service I ever saw in my life. They send you completely wrong products- different color and texture than you order. When you try to return it, they write you that it can not be any mistakes in orders, they ask you to send photos of wigs several times and they never exchange or return them. You just loose your time writing to them hundreds of messages.
The quality of wigs is AWFUL. They are cheap products from China and look like from Halloween costumes."
