"I give this website an A plus! The hair extensions are a great deal for what you get (7 pieces instead of the traditional 6) and are less expensive than many beauty salons or hair sites. In addition, the website is easy to navigate through and ordering is not difficult. Shipping was free (though that may have only been a special offer for a limited time when I ordered) and my pieces came in only 3 days after ordering! Very good service in my opinion. The hair matched my color perfectly (it was well advertised on the site) and was in very good condition. The clips are pretty easy to get in (although it takes a while to get used to so definitely plan for an extra 15 to 20 minutes of mirror time in the morning). The only down side is that you cannot wash your own hair with the clips in, but that is to be expected of any clip in extensions. Over all this is a great site and a great deal. Highly recommend it!"

This company truly cares about your satisfaction with your product and it=s willing to refund, give a discount, etc on anything that went wrong on their end. My hair shipment was delayed by no fault of theirs. It was merely a stocking issue and a delay on someone elses but Hairfouxyou gave me a discount anyway. The hair is shiny and beautiful. The clips are sturdy, well sewn in and stay put. I purchased 26" hair and even at that length there is plenty of body and movement. Absolutely no shedding and it is the 29th now and I've been wearing them every day and have not been too easy on them because at this company is a new supplier to me, I really wanted to see how these extensions were made. I can only assume that those not 100% happy are either not used to extensions or had a problem and did nothing to contact customer service to solve the issue.
