"I had the best of experiences with HamGo !!!!! I Couldn't find an Xbox 360 with Kinect locally and resigned myself to the probability that I would have to buy online. It being the Sunday before Christmas Eve on Friday, I never thought it would get here on time. So, I just chose the cheapest shipping which, I thought would get it to my daughter sometime after New Years. I was more than excited when it shipped Monday morning. Come Thursday, the UPS truck pulled up with the package! PERFECT !!!!!! Excellent Christmas! Xbox with Kinect was a hit and so was Hamgo!!! I still haven't mentioned the best part .... their's was the best price on the internet!!!"

"To everyone with complaints at Hamgo.com. There business days are Mon-Wed. So if you ordered a Wii on Thursday, it wont ship until that monday. They dont ship Thur-Sunday. So yea, you could be waiting a while for your product. As of me i ordered the Wii on a Thursday. Was upset about why it wasn't shipping like all of you guys experienced. I got a hold of the Owner of Hamgo.com and he explained everything for me. Hoped this helped!"
"I placed an order for the Smart Bundle 2-player and Jillian Michaels Fitness on 27 December 2008. I paid for overnight delivery so the package was received on 30 December. Once I opened the package, I discovered that I had not received the Jillian Michaels DVD. I called customer service immediately and was told that it would be sent out regular mail so "it may take awhile". By 15 January 2009 I still had not received it so I called customer service (during normal business hours) and after waiting for about 10 minutes the IVR informed me that Customer Service was not available. I left a voice mail message stating the nature of the problem and the fact that I can now get this DVD on sale from a store and requested a return phone call--no one has contacted me. I have not received the DVD nor has my credit card been credited for the cost of the DVD ($49.95). I am very dissatisfied with the manner in which this has been, or rather has not been, handled."
"I ordered a Wii combination package. It was delivered on time (A PREMIUM FOR THE EXPEDITED SHIPPING)but the system does not work. We know how to set it up as my daughter brought her's home from college and worked fine. THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE Wii SPORTS GAME IS USED WITH PLENTY OF SCRATCHES. It also appears that the Wii itself may be used as well with marks on the casing. We can initiate and see the Wii on our TV, but it soon locks up -- done, nothing, nada. Something is not right. I should have waited for retail -- be advised."
"I wish I had read the reviews before ordering the Wii from Hamgo. I could have waited until they were in stock elsewhere, but wanted to see if I could get the Wii before next week since my grandson will be visitng. This was based upon what is stated on their website...which states that orders placed before 5 pm PST are shipped the next business day. I paid $80 to get it next day. Today is the next business day. My order has yet to be processed, however, they were very quick to take my money within 24 hours out of my account. I feel the same as the others - DUPED! I will never order online again and will definetly not recommend Hamgo to anyone."
"The WORST. I ordered a Wii Bundle on the 9th and they never shipped it. They called me on the 16th to verify shipping address (seven days after the order?) then still never shipped. I called on the 26th, they said the would overnight it. Never did. I called on the 31st, they said it would ship tomorrow... I canceled it and filed a complaint with AMEX. The 888 number goes to a full mail box, the fake VM system won't let you through, go to the directory and do nothing and it will list the two employees, i got through that way. The bummer is I had plenty of time and could have gotten this easily in time for Christmas if not for these people."
"BEWARE!!! I purchased a Nintendo Wii from this site on Dec. 22 and paid the extra for 3 day shipping. The item was guaranteed on the 26th. I purchased based on the GUARANTEED shipping delivery. It is now the 29th (6 days later) and still waiting. Hamgo offered $10 refund and will not take the item back without a 20% restocking fee. "
"I ordered a hard to find item overnight and it arrived in 4 days, however it was not what I ordered.
The good news: You can find hard to find products.
The Bad news:
1. You pay a pretty penny
2. It's very hard to get in touch - I got one call through to voice mail and then voice mail was full.
3. Customer service really sucks. I actually had one rep tell me that "we get so many orders, we don't care" - he claimed to be the manager in charge.
4. The rep said they would probably not get to my voice mail because there were probably thousands - they would probably delete them.
5. The rep also said they have a 50% restocking fee and a 7 day return policy - even though over the christmas break, they had no support for two weeks (their online says 20% restocking and 15 day return...)
If I get what I ordered, I'll call this a wash - I made the choice to deal with them, so my bad."
