"I live in California. I ordered 1 yard of fabric on July 4. According to the tracking number provided me, it was shipped out on July 6, with an estimated delivery date of July 13. My fabric arrived in Brisbane, California on July 11, and has been there until today, July 25, where it is now going backwards, and is in Texas!! Two status requests to Hancocks have gone unanswered.

A prior order was received within two weeks, but the panel I ordered was apparently folded in half and then cut crooked, so when you open it up it is not usable as a panel.

I am DONE with this company, and will never shop with them again. "
