"This company has one of the most efficient response times that I've experienced. After placing the order, it was no more than 3 days that our 2 carpets arrived. They are slightly thinner than I had anticipated, but overall, meet our expectations regarding the spaces for which they were intended. One is a traditional pattern, and the other is a contemporary design (we have mixed themes in our decor), and both fit into our home environment well in different locations."
"I ordered two runners and a 3' 4 x 5' Ziegler area rug. All 3 were described as "Dark Gray Over-Dyed" with dark gray being the dominant color. The area rug, however was significantly darker than the runners. Because I was impressed with the quality and design, I decided I could live with the fact that they were not all the same shade of gray. The rugs were delivered in less than a week. Soon after I placed the order, I tried calling to modify the rug pad order, and after being on hold for over 20 minutes, was told I couldn't make changes to the original order. "
