"Buying a huge and expensive item over the internet is always a risk. Handknotted delivered our Persian rug quickly and we were happy to see it was exactly as described, even better than it looked online. Their web site does a good job of showing many angles and pointing out flaws in pre-owned rugs. Their search functions are pretty good. Not only can you filter by color, size, style, age, material, etc, you can also do visual search which shows dozens or rugs that are similar to one you're looking at. When you click on another rug, it finds and displays rugs that are similar to that one, and so on.
Their prices are so low our designer was suspicious and my wife thought it would be a scam. Based on my experience I'm happy to say they performed as I hoped they would. In fact, I ordered another rug that I'm eagerly awaiting."
