In both cases the rugs were delivered quickly and securely wrapped. Both rugs are beautiful and in perfect condition. The second one is even more beautiful than I expected. "Spent hours marking things I wanted in their wishlist. The next time I went online the wishlist was GONE and I had logged out. I complained about this. NO RESPONSE. The rug I got was "ok" I will keep. I learned a lot through that purchase as to what I should not accept. I also emailed from their site a rug to another person and that email never came. I did it TWICE. I would think they would want to sell more rugs and make it much easier to make a list of consideration and KEEP it. It took me HOURS to look through the rugs and then NOTHING SAVED???? WTH. "
"Although the purchasing process was very easy, once the purchase was made I received minimal correspondence from handknotted.com. There was no purchase confirmation email. The only indication of my order came from an email stating shipment had been made. Fortunately, I took a screenshot of the purchase confirmation screen and was able to use this info when the order wasn't delivered. I order two rugs. The smaller, less expensive was sent via FedEx with signature required. The larger, much more expensive item was sent FedEx with no signature requirement. FedEx says this one was delivered, but it's nowhere to be seen. And it required no signature so I have no proof it wasn't delivered. Not cool."
"My rug was very disappointing. It was only a 5ft rug and their was a mismatched seam in the last ft of it. Upon further inspection their was also some tufting with almost no thread left. With that being said customer service was easy to work with and very prompt. Kudos to their customer service "
