"I purchased two different rugs from HandKnotted.com, both on sale and incredible prices for the size/style. One of the rugs (a Kilim Dhurrie Runner Rug) was surprisingly great, given the low price - neat and attractive, seemingly well made. The other rug was not so good (Navy Blue Chindi Rag Rug). The quality looked poor, with many of the woven segments coming apart, extra colored threads accidentally woven throughout, dirt and other material stuck to the rug, and generally a messy appearance. I think the company's products are hit or miss, and customers could either get a great value, or "get what they pay for".

The other technical aspects of purchasing from the site were all good - website usability, payment process, shipping time and method, etc."
