"The carpet arrive after about 2 weeks, and it is perfect for the space.
My only complaint is that the interface with the seller is opaque. I received a receipt after the purchase, and then crickets. Not updates or notifications if it had shipped, tracking number, or any idea of when it would arrive.

"Handknotted has a great selection of rugs. They are beautiful and well made. Also the delivery was excellent and the rug arrived well packaged and intact. The 'minimum' rug pad I ordered to go with the rug was not cut to size, and, since it wasn't the premium grade, was a little flimsy ----- guess you could say it was 'my bad' on this one. The only minor thing that was very annoying is that the large label with info about the rug; size, country of origin, etc., etc. was adhered to the rug with some kind of very sticky, chewing-gum-like quality adhesive that is almost impossible to remove. There must be some better way to stick these labels on the rugs..."
