I wanted to give them a chance so I bought another purse, the shoulder strap was missing and also the snap hardware was not ther. I returned all the items but they didn't refunded me yet and they got the items per my tracking number. So I might need Togo through my credit card company. Also it says they include dustbag and box but all my orders didn't have any."
