"At the request of our Medical Department, we placed an order for 2 pieces of software, 2 copies apiece, for their new PDA's. Both were supposed to be available for immediate download. We were able to download one of them, but the other would not download, instead going to a page that states the following:
Error
Description : Error : Download is not authorized for this retailer.
Source : download.asp

We began calling and emailing the company from that day, but after 2 weeks and numerous voicemails and emails left when they were supposedly open for business, we had yet to speak with a live human or have any of our calls or emails returned.

We've instructed our Finance Department to get in contact with our credit card company to reverse or dispute the charges associated with the software we couldn't download. This company seems to be a ghost ship and their customer service is nonexistent.
