"TERRIBLE company! Took our money for a product they did not have and then refused to accept a return & issue a refund after sending a different product we did not order. We placed an order, then received an email saying the product we ordered is out of stock. The person asked if we wanted the item in a different color (we did not). In spite of our communication that we did not want a different color, it was shipped anyway. When we contacted the company to request a return and refund, the company flat out refused. We explained that we were shipped a product we did not order, and the person insisted that they were unable to accept a return or issue a refund because of their "terms and conditions." The person we spoke with agreed to email their supervisor/manager and told us that person would get back with us by a certain day. No one ever contacted us again. We had to go through our credit card company to get a refund. Very shady business practices!"
