"Service advisor Nathan sent me off with a busted tire.

I dropped the car off I noted that I think a tire is damaged. During an oil change with inspection, I was told all my tires were in good condition. When I asked for confirms because I visually saw damage I was told again that the tires are in good condition. They would need to be replaced at the next oil change. Asked again if the tires were safe to drive amd was reassured a 3rd time that they were. I went to 2 tire shops afterwards and was told not to drive on the highway until that tire was replaced. I have been going to the dealer for years for my maintenance, they have always been trusted. After this experience I no longer trust this dealership and will not take my Toyota's here. I have pictures of the tire and I would like to know of they would send their children or grandmother on the freeway with that tire. How could the advisor stand so confident about the tire without even looking when I asked for confirmation?
