"I called the sales department to have them confirm the exact part I wanted. I got exactly what I wanted, no problem. I did however find it rather odd that the part was not sent in a box, but simply packaged in wrap and a plastic bag. Parts of the item were exposed when it arrived. There was one small scratch on the item near where the fog lights are to be placed. Service at the dealership/sales department was fantastic. Shipping was a little delayed, but probably due to the Thanksgiving holiday. I would have given a 5 star review if the part had been packaged just a little better. "
