"I would like to say that my shopping experience with happymothers.com has been as enjoyable as the other two people who have written reviews but it hasn’t.

They haven’t shipped my order, their website is down and the phone number they give is not valid. They did receive my order because the billed my credit card the same day that I ordered.

After not receiving my order in the expected time frame I attempted to check the status of my order online. What I found is their website was down, and is still down. It’s been two weeks since I placed my order and I haven’t received anything but the confirmation. The one page on their website that seems to work is the Order Status page. It shows my order as shipping today and has since December 17, the day I placed my order.

There are two previous reviews for this company that are very good. From what I have since found for online reviews is this is the way it used to be. A large number of current reviews are not so good.
It's January 13 and no merchandise or communications from happymothers.com. I have since filed a dispute with my credit card company."
