"misleading pricing / inventory. Website says $97, but then a chat box interrupts the checkout price, says talk to a salesman. You hand over your phone number and email, the salesmans says it's actually $1100 with a month lead time. They're all lies, top to bottom."

"Refused to fulfill order after taking over a week to verify my order (had to provide my property tax bill, phone number, and drivers license). After I completely verified myself Ryan from Harddiskdirect said they were refusing to fulfill the order and cancelled the order on me, it took 3 weeks to get a refund from them! Wouldn't trust them at all, especially not with any server equipment that is mission critical, they will leave you in a bad position.

They cancelled my order, and never asked me to pay extra freight. They said they had the wrong price on the website and refused to fulfill the order. They have lied about this situation on other review sites. DO NOT TRUST THESE LIARS!"

"They listed an item as in stock. But when I placed an order, they emailed me the next day saying that the item isn't in stock after all, but they happen to have another product (of the exact same SKU) at 400% of the original price.
