It would have been nice to have some level of communication whether automated (with updates to my tracking info) or from the staff explaining the situation. Ordered from them because they were the cheapest, it arrived safely packaged and I am finally happy it's here. "

"Ordered a flywheel from hardmotion at the same time i order a clutch, grease, tools and necessities from other sites. Everything came within a week except for the flywheel. I looked back through my confirmation email and it states that the order would process within 24-72 hours and ship up to 2 days after that. It also stated if there was a delay, i would 100% be contacted. Beings that i placed the order on a Sunday and it’s now Tuesday of the following week, they failed to provide any information. I tried calling and emailing several times with no response. This is the worst customer service i have personally experienced. "

These guys sent me someone else tracking number for a totally different customer that name was no where near close to mines and than was trying to tell me through it all that it was my package when it reality my mom works for ups so she told me the name of the package it wasn’t even mines . So when they finally own up to the mistake they finally tell me after 3 weeks of me already ordering and me getting an email saying that they are IN STOCK that they are not even in stock and forces me to order a different order . "It stated that items will be shipped in 48 hrs it has bin 5 days no response from them left messages on their number and multiple emails ! They already charged my card but again no response now I orderd parts from 5 other websites and they all replied and all are already in the way these parts I orderd from hardmotion.com is what I need to fix car and get out of shop ! And now they have charged me states you can’t get a refund on their website till order has bin completed ! And again with no response I don’t know if I ever will be getting a response ! It’s sad that they feel the need to do pour business and can’t communicate with people now I have to jump thru loops calling people to figure out how to get my items or money back !
