"The delivery was great and on time. But I did have an issue with the products I orderd. The whole reason I ordered from hardware and tools is because I was searching for USA made brass fittings. On their website it is clearly stamped USA on the brass fittings so I thought that is what I was getting. When they cam they said China on the side and not USA! I called customer service and the lady was really nice but did not know why they said China. So I called Anderson Metal the manufacture of the brass fittings and they said they had all their brass fittings were manufactured in USA and China and the supplier could order either the USA or China fittings. I am sure the China fittings are less expensive and they wanted save a few bucks but I am wanting to support workers in the USA and that is why I bought these fittings online and not at my local plumbing wharehouse. So I will now be trying to find somewhere else to buy these fittings from someone that wants to support the USA. They need to go ahead and remove the pictures of the fittings that plainly show USA on them."

Hardware and Tools has one of the largest selections of items online or off. Items I cannot find at the big home improvement stores, I usually have no problem finding them on the Hardware and Tools website.

The prices from Hardware and Tools is one of the other reasons I keep coming back. Prices are fair and usually much lower than retail stores.
