As mentioned by others this clock isn't perfect. Electronic alarm seems loud enough if the room is quiet...away from the furnace. The location of the light (next to the 9) is just unbelievable...can't see the full dial at nite.
Hopefully it lasts longer than my last "made in China" clock from Chaney Instrument (Acu-rite) which quit under 2yrs. I wouldn't mind paying a little more for better quality if you can find it.
