"I found this company with great prices and they responded to all my emails almost immediatly. However they sent me a defective MSI Geforce 4 Ti4400 and I requested a RMA number. After sending back the item I get an email saying I tampered with the video card and put thermal grease on it. This is complete bs. Now they refuse to refund this item and are sending it back to me. Newegg wouldn't do this, they would take it back no questions asked. Stick with newegg and pay a little more. It's worth it in the end."
"interesting how many folks have had shipping problems with this co. add me to the list. they shipped me the wrong video card and are refusing to admit their error & send me the correct one. now they want to charge me a 15% restocking fee (even tho the box is unopened) plus i'm stuck with shipping both ways to return the incorrect card. add to this that they keep your cc number on file and don't give you any way to remove it and this is a company i'll never do business with again! oh, and they also never emailed me order confirmation or shipping information! what a rinky-dink outfit!"
"Hardwarepro.com and I had some issues over shipping, but their customer service department did an excellent job of making sure I was satisfied. They were more than happy to correct the error. They adjusted the charges on my credit card, appologized for the mistake, and even offered me free shipping on my next order.
