This was the second time I tried to order fertilizer spikes and both times the strength of the fertilizer was incorrect in the catalog & both times they blamed the manufacturer (they were different manufacturers) The 1st time was thru Amazon & they worked with me to return, 2nd time I ordered directly thru them because I was told they had more choices and I could find the right strength. When I got the shipment, the photo online misrepresented what was shipped AND the strength was wrong. After I complained they put a disclaimer on the picture but wouldn't pay the shipping to return it until I put a dispute on the CC charge. Since I had proof that it was mispresented, Pictures, receipts, etc. they ended up picking up the return shipping and have credited the account. I will not order from them again because I do not trust the information posted. I was told they would correct the advertisement & when I just checked it is still misrepresented. I was not impressed with the customer service, the response on this order was not nearly as good as when I purchased thru the amazon site. I felt like I was being pushed aside and the gentleman I was emailing with on this order was not quick to offer a remedy to the situation. I understand companies make mistakes, if you are willing to fix it I'll buy from you again. When the company blames the customer and comes back with excuses rather than an apology, then it's time find another company to buy from. ****In response to your response, I have copies of everything printed out in detail and I also have several emails from Vinnie. Is that a woman then? If so I apologize, my mistake. Once again for me to issue an honest review of what happened and then to have you imply that I'm a liar is very rude. "
