"I have purchased Watco oil several times from Hardware World and have generally had good experiences. This last purchase was a 1 gal dark walnut that arived in good time, but the can is very dented (though it isn't leaking.) It wasn't the packaging as it was in perfect shape. Since it isn't leaking, it is ok, although I am concerned with the longevity of the can due to the severity of the dent. If I am to buy such a product, I would like a good can.
I have been contacted by Hardware World and they are taking very good care of me. I was willing to live with the can, but I do greatly appreciate their willingness to replace it. It does give me a greater piece of mind.
