"I am deeply dissatisfied by the products and service. I ordered 6, 4 inch surface bolts, but the dimensions, it turns out, weren't correct for my application-- which I could not discover until I opened a package and tried the bolt. When extended, the bolt was too short to reach into the existing hole. I emailed the company about this and they assured me the bolts met the AMS specifications (whatever those are). I was ordering online because I wanted the dark bronze color--the surface bolts at Home Depot, OSH, and Anawalt, near me, were gold--and they were all longer when extended than the ones I ordered. (So they don't meet the AMS specifications?) The upshot is I am returning the bolts, am required to pay shipping for the return, and was told that I could not return for refund the item I had taken out of the package to try out in my application. I think the product was cheaply made and NOT consistent with other 4 inch surface bolts. I will NOT EVER AGAIN order hardware from this company."
