"Very prompt shipment on the items i ordered, however they were supposed to get pricing and information on some hardware that was not a stock item, and they never called or emailed me back after a couple of attempts. Also, the online search function of their website is essentially useless. I had to look up the part numbers from the actual manufacturer websites and use those numbers to locate the items on their website. So if you are willing to be ignored if you want something that's not a stock item, and are willing to do most of the legwork to locate your parts yourself on the stock items, you will save some money. The orders do get filled more quickly with phone orders than online orders. I was ordering several dozen of the same items, and had hundreds of items overall, so the cost savings was substantial for me. I would not use them for small orders, though."
