" Bought my Prometeia Mach.I from Hardwaregods and am very happy with the company and the their service. I dont use CC's so that often is a problem when buying online, after a couple emails to Hardwaregods they set it up so I could pay with a money order.

It took about 2 weeks to get the Prometeia, and it was in perfect shape, so no problems with their shipping. It was my first stab at extreme cooling so I had lots of questions on setting it up the first time. This is when I found how handy Hardwaregod's forums support section can be.

"Well, first let me say I have my Prometeia up and running. It's fantastic! I have my AMD 2400+ at 2703 Mhz! That's right, a 700 Mhz overclock. I had it up to 2741 but Prime 95 wouldn't run so I backed it down. This unit is well worth the money. I could go on and on but let me rate this vendor. The Prometeia is all about quality.

Number one I was looking for a responsible vendor to trust with my almost $700. I asked around in the forums and HardwareGods was rated the best so far. I mean this was one of my main concerns. Who to trust. I got to know the owner Garry well after I got my unit. He was pleasant and answered all my questions. I didn't get the feeling like I was "bothering" him by asking questions.

The unit I ordered was not in stock that day but I got my order in like 2 weeks. The box came in perfect condition. These guys use Fedex Ground NOT UPS. I was worried about shipping but it came in packaged very well.

I received my order confirmation right away and my tracking number when it shipped. They kept in contact and told me to feel free to contact or call anytime. My experience with this vendor was very, very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend them for buying a Prometeia freezing unit.

"I ordered a Prometeia cooling system with tower and was exrtremely impressed with the quality of service from this company. When part of my order (the Intel adapter kit) was held up in customs, Garry personaly called my home to inform me of the delay. He told me that the rest of my shipment was boxed and ready and was just waiting on this one part. He then told me when he expected it to arrive. He also told me to call back if I had any problems whatsoever setting up this system.

Like clockwork, the day he received the part, the shipment was sent out and was in my hands just a few days later.
