"I got my new checks but no check register. Called to find out if this is another cost cutting action. I was unable to reach anyone by using the 800 number....the recorded message keeps sending you around in a circle to the same options no matter what options you pick until it finally said to "visit their website, good-bye". I actually got a response when I pressed the number 9 instead of the options of 1, 2 or 3. The recording said they would connect me with someone but then asked me to pick option 1, 2 or 3 and I was back in the loop again until the recording thanked me and said good-bye. I do not know what a person could do if you had an actual problem with your order because that is not one of the options available. Worst customer service that I've ever experienced. "
"Placed an order for checks November 2. They received it November 4. Four weeks later no checks. Sent several emails no reply. Called several times no one there. Finally went to my bank and re-ordered from the bank. Took 2 weeks to receive them. Unfortunately bank ordered from Harland Clarke but they received the checks directly. Finally got my new checks 6 plus weeks after initial purchase. "
