"I got following email from customer service; after holding my order for 3 months; and 6 follow-ups. They said they cannot ship the product. The main reason for cancelling is not even mentioned in the email. They offered a discount on the product, and now cancelled the order because someone decided to honor the discount they have offered.

as per the order confirmation I was supposed to receive the order within 5-7 business days but it took 20 days. After 20 days subwoofer won't turn on.
also I have been trying to contact there customer service number from last 3 days and it seems that they haven’t employed anyone to receive the call as no one was answering the calls.

Well I lost the order number so I tried to look up my order using my email address. They said there is no record of my email address. I paid through PayPal. "Horrible Customer support! I've H/K headphones less then a year ago, and after 5-6 months audio cable started shortening. I've contacted the customer support for help and they guy informed me that they will replace the faulty part by sending me a new set of recallable wires, but they were out of stock - i don't know how if they have bunch of this headphones with the same cable, but anyway. I've been informed that I'm on backorder and it will be sent to me mid October. I said OK.
Mid October passed, I've checked my replacement/order # and it didn't even exist. I've contacted the same rep and informed him that I don't even see the order status - he told me that the is a delay and It will be shipped end of October (Oct 30), I said OOOOOOOOK.
Still nothing, few days ago emailed H/K again, agent told me - yeah, they still don't have parts and he escalating the issue. No update nothing. And seriously? 2 months + to replace a simple audio cord you are suing in almost all H/K models? Pathetic!"
