"very satisfied with this seller. purchased a pioneer headunit thru them. really good price. ordered on monday morning, received package by wednesday afternoon. my only gripe is that package was shipped in a brown box exactly the size of the box the headunit comes in. no padding included. not really a good idea when shipping expensive electronic items"

"This transaction went perfectly. I ordered a Pioneer DEH-P7600MP car stereo (sounds GREAT by the way) from this company. They were almost $100 less than Crutchfield (who I've had great luck with). The stereo arrived LIGHTNING fast - brand new - box was in great shape - their customer service was awesome. Bottom line - usually "rock bottom price" suppliers are shady operations. This is NOT the case for this supplier. A+++. I'd definitely buy again from them (and likely will!)"

"I ordered a Canon S110 digital camera from
HarmonyComputers online. They had a promotion on
the camera that included an additional free
battery, a camera case, and even a Canon back
pack. I called them to confirm if the order was
received. The answer was no, but the
representative remedied the situation
and everything arrived in brand new condition.

When I order online, I always try to try to see
if the retailer has a 1-800 number and a live
person to talk to if something should go wrong.
Harmony passed the test.

This transaction occurred about late 2000,
but resellerratings.com says the Transaction
Year field can not be less than 2003. Why?
Having a tranaction from long ago should
indicate that the retailer is established. No?

"Ordered the Powershot A80 on January 15, 2004. Received it a week later. I had no problems so I never had to deal with their customer service. I may not have went with them had I read these reviews before ordering (I had a recommendation from a friend). They only e-mail you once after you place the order, it would have been nice to receive an e-mail when it was shipped with tracking info, but the tracking info was on their site. All in all a good experience."

"I ordered a Minolta 5400 scanner based on this companies listing in Pricewatch or Street Prices. They were a couple of dollars more than a few other vendors, but their reseller rating was in the 8-9 range and the other were in the 1-2 range, and shipping was extra. The free shipping was the clincher, as I knew exactly what the bottom dollar would be. The scanner arrived via ground in about five days, and was in good shape (no damage to box). In all a pleasant experience and I would deal with them again. "

"GPS box looked like someone played football with it and the unit stated some streets that did not exist so Harmony said to call FedEx but FedEx said they had to call. Pkd up & after tracking said it arrived, they claimed it hadn't and they would get back to me, never did. 8/19 Harmony said return completed and money returned to my acct, not true so filed chargeback."

"Ordered a Magellan Sportrak Topo GPS on Christmas Eve. Shipped the following Monday (Harmony was closed Xmas day and the next day but shipping info. was updated as of Sunday!) and was delivered the following Friday. Would have arrived on Tuesday, but UPS policy is to withhold any packages not paid as overnight for several days, but that's another story and not a problem with Harmony.

GPS package was stuck in a box with no additional padding. A worry as UPS also crushes many boxes delivered to us (again, not a Harmony problem, but with UPS) and this box had been slightly crushed. But the product package provided sufficient protection and product was OK.

Fast service and great price. Would shop here again.

"Bought a digital Canon camera from shopharmony.com. Was a bit skeptical at first because of the mixed feedback; however my shopping experience was good. Yes it is true that they don't update the order status on-line, all it says until it is actually shipped is "in process". They also don't send emails like other higher rated resellers to inform the customer about the status of the order. However my order was processed in time and the shipping was fast, on-line shipping tracking is available from their site about 24 hour after shipment.
Camera works well, so didn't have any need to contact customer service and can't comment on the quality. I will buy again from them.

"Compared to other online sellers, Harmony is very poor! They had trouble with my credit card but never called or sent an e-mail to clear things up. After 5 days, I finally called them to remedy things. It took 4 more days for the camera to ship. The Toshiba camera I received was defective - it wouldn't focus correctly. I sent the camera back with tracking and their RMA number on the box. They've had the camera for over a week but haven't entered anything into their "computer system" about the return. When I call about the returned camera, they tell me it will take UP TO A MONTH TO ISSUE A CREDIT. A month?!!! That's a load of crap. SHOP ELSEWHERE."

"I placed my order on the 8th of December, and I still have not recieved tracking information. Their customer service is VERY poor. I have sent them an e-mail, and got no response, and I have called but recieved no response as well. This is a Christmas gift, and I'm not doubting that I will even recieve it in time for the Holidays. I suggest no one EVER shop with them. This is the worest ever!

"Poor customer service.

I ordered a car stereo, when the order came it was the wrong model.

They would not offer cross shipment, so they had to get the package back before they would send me the product that I did order.

They received the wrong product back on Nov 26th and I'm still waiting for the product that I ordered to be shipped to me.

When I called them they said that there is nothing they can do; basically it will be shipped when it is shipped.
