I couldn't find quite what I was looking for on another popular online site, so I searched the internets and found Harney & Sons Fine Teas. The website was good, easy to search and find what I was looking for. The price was better than anywhere else. Ordering was easy. The tea was well packaged, and high quality. This is now my first place to go to find tea. "

Most importantly, the teas are consistently very good. They also provide a few sample sachets with each order.

Recently, they began to offer more promotions and improved their shipping process -- both very welcome enhancements to the buying experience.

The reason for four rather than five stars is their website. It is a jumble, not easy to navigate. Also, the reviews are often scrambled, i.e., you'll be on the page for an Earl Grey and some of the reviews will be for other teas. And, it seems they 'scrub' reviews. I wrote a negative one that was posted then removed. When I inquired about that, they insisted my concern was due to a quality control issue rather than the tea itself. Hmmm . . .

Overall, very good tea for fair prices with good service."
