"I believe Harris & Partners could improve their intake process. It would have been beneficial to receive a clearer explanation or a more detailed overview of how my debt could potentially increase due to factors not explicitly mentioned during the call. This lack of information left me feeling unprepared for the potential financial implications. Additionally, the interaction felt rushed, as though the intake worker was eager to move on to the next case, which detracted from the experience.

That said, I’ve had a great experience with my trustee. Their guidance and support have been invaluable, providing clarity and reassurance throughout this process.
