"Ordered a part from Walmart.com, Hartville Tool I guess was the 3rd party who provided it? The item was listed on the website wrong and it's been 4 days I've been trying to return the product. Some guy named Josh won't' pick the phone to call me after I email and left a message with the secretary while he was at lunch 2 days ago!!, his excuse: As far as calling you back, When dealing with hundreds of customers every day, I do most of my communicating via email and in this case I did not get a message to call you, but that's neither here nor there. Still no call back, they want me to pay for shipping, Walmart.com said they can take my money but can't help further, and I've been trying to figure this out for DAYS now. What a bunch of B.S!! So in essence don't buy from here or Walmart.com.... Amazon is the only way to go now a day for good products and good customer service!!"
