"Wow, where to begin? Placed an order for a black Samsung Galaxy S4 ZOOM on 2/24/14 via a listing on amazon.com. Two-day shipping placed the order in my hands on 2/26/14. Upon opening I found not what I had ordered but a NORMAL Samsung Galaxy S4, not the ZOOM variant. Called HassleFreeCell and was redirected to Amazon as they had fulfilled the order with stock from their warehouse. (dropshipping?) They issued a return label and a pending refund to my cc. On 2/27/12, seeing that HassleFreeCell was showing only 1 black Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom left in stock, I called and talked them into setting it aside for me until I could reorder it after the money was back on my cc. Only had to wait until 2/28/12 for the funds to revert, at which point I called HassleFreeCell again, reordering the item again. I let them know about the product they had set aside the previous day. He said he had it in hand and was boxing it up as we spoke, promising it would ship out that day. (Friday) Over the weekend (of which HassleFreeCell is not open) the usps tracking number they had emailed me continued to show "pre-shipment" and "electronic notification from shipper". So I called on 3/3/14 (Monday) and was now being told it didn't ship due to a "glitch". At this point I pleaded for free expedited shipping and was told he would inquire with his boss and get back to me. An hour later, I get an email saying they don't have that item in black, is white okay? Another call, more confusion, more runaround, then they find the one they set aside and ship it out. Usps 3-day priority (still no upgrade!) scheduled to arrive on Friday, 3/7/14. (4 days?) Hoping it is the right one because I am so over dealing with this company. The name, HassleFreeCell, is laughable in my experience. "
"The phone I use for a few days, after the phone don't work and I send it to www.hasslefreecell.com under warranty. They never returned my phone, and they never refunded my money. I present a complaint to FTC Bureau of Consumer Protection."

"Find another vendor, unless you want defective equipment. Ordered a cell phone from these folks, it arrived OK, but it was all in Spanish! It was a gift, so it made a mess of the gift giving XMAS morning. The company then responding with instructions about how to change it to English. The instructions worked, so proceeded with the phone only to discover they had sent a defective charger unit and plug adapter for the charger. These folks are obviously careless, so BE WARNED! There is a reason they don't actively participate in the reseller ratings program. Amazon needs to drop them until "HassleFree" stops being a hassle."

I returned the phone with delivery confirmation and now they refuse to give me a credit because they cannot locate the phone. I am SO glad I got delivery confirmation."
