Not great service

"I placed an online order on 6/29/17. As of 7/5/17, I had not received any confirmation from the website of my order, although I had received a receipt from PayPal. With the weekend and holiday involved, I decided to call them on 7/5/17 to confirm my order. The customer service rep who answered the phone was not even logged into her computer and sounded like she was chewing on something the entire time. After some time of trying to even find my order she asked if I placed it thru a website store I had never heard of. I said, no, I had placed it thru hats.com. She said, "oh". Finally, she found it. She said she would give me a tracking number. Then she said, "you'll get it by Friday." I said,"This Friday, the 7th?". She said, "yes". When I asked her for the tracking number, she said she would send it to the email on my order. Why was I not sent a confirmation email? Why was I not sent a follow up email when my order was shipped that had a tracking number? They seemed very disorganized and their customer service left a lot to be desired. I sure hope this hat looks good when I get it. Not impressed so far...."
