"Excellent selection and excellent interface on website. Wasn't happy with the first hat I ordered, they exchanged it quickly and paid the shipping back to me (though I had to pay return shipping). Shipping is pretty fast, shipping prices are a bit high and arbitrary based on the hat price, and not on weight. Two hats could weigh the same and be the same size, and one would cost $8 to ship the other $20. No rhyme or reason.

I like the category of Made in USA hats as I try not to buy China made products, though not all their USA-made hats are in it, you have to search for "Made in USA" on their website to get the full selection.

Overall I'm satisfied with this store and would continue to do business with them."
