Delivery company called during the scheduled delivery time to schedule another delivery date the following week. Hayneedle’s customer support said, “oh yes, the automated delivery scheduler doesn’t work.” After a dozen phone calls and another day off from work I final received the fire pit a week later. Hayneedle did give a moderate refund but never again Hayneedle!"
