In fact, they said they had no replacement parts and that the gazebo was discontinued. Reply emails from Sunjoy say they are waiting for a “review department” and that I should not call Hayneedle that they were the one to correct the problem. Seems like the Review Department at Sunjoy is a fictitious department used to delay or wear out a consumer so they go away. I was tired of waiting for Sunjoy to correct their problem and called Hayneedle. Hayneedle representative was fantastic and offered a great discount so I could purchase missing parts and material at local building supply store. I hope Sunjoy makes a better gazebo than what they do to help their customer. Sunjoy shame on you. Hayneedle great great service. Thank you. "
