" What I ordered were five 1 cubic feet cactus soil advertised on their website. They sent me five 8 quarts cactus soil. Fex Ex tracking showed 43.5 lbs. weight shipped in the box. I contacted customer service and she didn't understand I received the wrong weight."

"I had no problems ordering on line, and the product came on time. The box had a couple of dent marks on it from shipping, so I was a bit concerned how the hutch faired in the travels? But when I open it up, everything was as it should be.... perfect. we had the hutch built within about 1-1/2, and it looks great. Rabbit seems to love it, and it gives him a nice place outdoors to stay.
Only downside... it needs removable wire mesh on the floors so when the rabbit does his business, he's not walking around in it. (we modified for that on ours)
