"I ordered two headcovers. One was too small (and I have a small head) they other one was material that was scratchy. I've sent them both back. I did not want to put my credit card info on the return page and checked for a call to give my card info. I haven't heard back yet.

"This item was no improvement on what I can purchase in UK for half the price, NOT good value for money, as the import tax (which no one mentioned) was $17.54. So this hat cost me $51.40 (£42.28). I can buy similar in UK for £20 ($24.34). Does not look as good as on the website."
"Ordered these to be sent directly to a relative, to save time. Unfortunately, the Post Office clerk never put a card into their P.O. Box to indicate that there was a package too large for their box. Finally, after many communications, I told my relative to inquire at the post office window to ask if they had a package in the back. Indeed, they did! It's a good thing that I didn't want this to be a surprise because they still wouldn't have it! I can't wait to hear how she likes the 5 products I picked out for her. "Headcovers" did nothing wrong, in fact, because they said that the package had been scanned "delivered", I knew that the problem was with the post office people, not the sender. "

"I purchased the scarves for my step-mother. She was diagnosed in November with lung cancer. It has since moved to her spine and brain. We are still experimenting with different head wraps to find what she likes. She liked both of the ones I got her, they were great quality. We've got more styles on order and will give them feedback as well. Shipping was as expected. Nice complimentary magnet included as well. Overall experience A++++. "
"I had never heard of this site before, but stumbled across it while on Amazon so I looked it up. I was amazed that there was a site devoted to some of the very problem issues with which I was dealing -- hair loss on head and total loss of eyebrows. Even cancer survivors like me like to look "normal" -- and having a face with no eyebrows (not to mention the scarcity of hair on my head) is definitely not conducive to making me feel comfortable in public. I placed an order for several things, including some of the human hair eyebrows. Yes, they were expensive, but I expect them to last quite awhile and, if they make me feel good about myself, they will be worth it. I received my order quickly and am very pleased with it -- even the packaging is worth mentioning as it was all nicely wrapped in tissue paper with a pink CA ribbon and a lovely gift magnet from the seller on top! It was just like opening a gift, not an order. And, actually, I guess it was a gift to myself. I've not tried the eyebrows yet, but they look to be of very good quality and the color is very good, so I am looking forward to learning how to apply them. Thank you for your existence and for catering to such a critical need. I survived the cancer, now, with your help, I believe I will be able to find emotional healing as well."
